I can’t afford a loan

Three days ago I went to the bank to ask more details about payday loans. I want to start a business and I don’t have enough money. I don’t know if I will be able to pay the rates and I don’t know if the bank will agree to offer me a loan. An employee told me that he needed more information about my job and salary. After several discussions we came to the conclusion that I can’t afford to make a loan.
